Artem Djukic is an associate attorney at The Law Offices of Kevin H. Cohen, P.C. He is in the Firm’s Estate Planning and Elder Law Groups. He concentrates his practice in the area of Elder Law, including Medicaid planning and asset protection planning, trusts and estate planning and administration, and special needs planning. Artem also focuses on contested and uncontested Article 81 guardianship proceedings for both individuals and institutional clients and Article 17-A guardianship proceedings for the special needs population.
Artem received his J.D. degree from New York Law School in 2012, where he was Notes and Comments Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. He earned his B.A., in Philosophy, Politics & Law and German, from Binghamton University in 2009. Artem has been included on the Super Lawyers “Rising Star” list by Thomson Reuters in the area of Estate Planning & Probate for 2017-2018.
