Karl Dowden is a real estate attorney and the founding member of KarlDowdenLaw, PLLC. He focuses on representing clients in commercial lease transactions, purchases and sales of residential and commercial properties, refinances of commercial properties, and landlord/tenant litigation. He has over five years of legal experience with real estate matters.
He is on the Executive Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association Real Property Section, an active member of the New York State Bar Association, Real Property Forum and an active member of the New York City Bar Association Small Law Firm Committee.
He graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2013 with a Certificate in Real Estate Law, where he was the Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2010. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
